The highest Bidder shall be the buyer. The company reserve the right to regulate bidding or rejecting any bid.
For all purposes the company shall be deemed the agent of both bidder and seller
The goods shall not be delivered to any bidder until all funds are cleared
The company act as agents only and give no personal warranty as to condition, quality or authenticity of any chattels offered for auction. Any descriptions are given merely as a guide, bidders are offered the opportunity to communicate with sellers as a means of verification.
Not withstanding any items found not to be of the stated quality or provenance shall be removed from sale and upon return the bidder shall be refunded within 7 days.
The company shall be the sole arbitrators in all matters of dispute relating to both seller and bidder and their determination shall be final and binding on all parties.
Proceeds from sales shall be made less all charges and agreed commissions payment being made within seven working days in the form of company cheque or direct bank credit .
Collections shall be paid for upon execution of that service at the agreed rate.
Reserves are to prevent items being sold at less than the vendor is prepared to accept. We urge vendors to be realistic in their values.
The prevailing rate of commissions are 15% plus vat on

Lot Offering fees £3.00 per lot
Unsold lots will be stored free of charge and reoffered
For sale unless instructed otherwise. Un collected
Items will be subject to a storage charge of £1.00 per
Day until collected.
